General Contracting
We work closely with top-tier General Contractors on large-scale new construction and renovations. From fast track Design-Build to traditional Plan-Spec and Value-Engineering we work closely with General Contractors, Engineers and Architects, to deliver the most effective and efficient solution to meet the customer’s needs. In some cases where it makes sense on a project that’s primarily mechanically-driven, we serve as the GC and provide the services to coordinate all the other necessary trades to deliver the most effective and efficient solution.
Design Service
We are an environmentally friendly contractor offering complete design services: heat gain and loss; duct design, layout, fabrication and installation; boiler, furnace, air conditioner and heat pump sizing and installation; piping design, sizing, material selection, layout and installation. We have the ability to design all types of mechanical systems in any type of building.
Repair Services (24/7/365)
We provide repair services to restore heat, air conditioning, compressed air and gas services, water supply and waste piping caused by any imaginable circumstance. Some of our most common examples include: worn-out equipment, building freezes, roof collapses, water and flooding damage. In the case of emergencies, we go out of our way to take care of our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are able to make emergency hook-ups to restore services quickly and complete permanent installations when time allows.
Service Plans
